The response interval is defined as the time when a response vehicle is requested until the time the vehicle arrives at the scene of an incident. The dashboard below shows response interval performance for the three providers - San Francisco Fire Department, AMR and King-American - that operate 911 ambulances in San Francisco. On Time Performance (OTP) is, for each response type, the percent of responses with an on-scene time that met the respective response time goal per Policy 4000. Use the filter on the right side to toggle between response types and view OTP as well as average and 90th percentile times for each type of responder in the table below.
